YouSendIt–Send a Video, Send a Presentation–You Send It –for Free!

YouSendIt is wonderful! For some time, I’d been searching for ways to share my home videos with friends and family. Sometimes I’ve built rather large PowerPoint presentations that would be cumbersome to send via email…don’t you hate clogging up someone’s email box!
I found YouSendIt and have been utilizing their free services for some time now. Just set up an on-line account – no software to download. The free version allows you to send up to a 100MB file to up to two people at a time. Then, up to 100 people can download your files per month. The paid services run from $9.99 to $99.99/mo. YouSendIt is great when you don’t want to publish a video to YouTube. It goes to the intended recipient only. They will get an email from YouSendIt, asking them to click on a link that takes them to a site to download the file. From there, it can be opened, watched, saved or whatever.
