Yes, I see how those statements look contradictory. I should have gone into more detail about it. PayPal DOES offer both a 1-use and a multiple-use service. The 1-use is just that. Then they offer their customers a multiple use card option. A number that is available for multiple uses, but on a single web site. Thanks for the comment. Hmmm. Doesn't anybody see that those two statements cannot peacefully coexist? What does ONE-TIME mean? Does ONE-TIME mean MULTIPLE TIMES? The main reason someone might need a ONE-TIME useage credit card number is to PREVENT subsequent use of the same number, NOT to arrange for subsequent re-use of the same number!
